Eigen Weiss Coaching means uniqueness and quality! In your life you receive qualities and talents, to set in, in your own way. I accompany people and companies through coaching, training and workshops, helping to recover their qualities and learn them to set in these qualities. Learning to have confidence in your own strength and act from there. Make contact with other people from your uniqueness. Showing yourself in that contact, expressing yourself better and sensing what the other needs. Increasing your personal and team effectiveness. I offer my products to companies where employees have much contact with other people / customers, because when that contact is authentic then the effect of the activity during that contact is increasing. Eg. care providers, teachers, coaches, psychologists, public and business services. A special target groep are managers. As personal coach I make them aware of the consequences from the behaviour of their leadership. Also I guide managers how to set in the qualities of their employees and teams, to reach sooner the objects of the company. EWC for questions like- teambuilding, more collaboration in teams- break down walls - no islands anymore - breaking through ineffective patterns - clarifying mission statements and visions I accompany changes and reorganizations so that the change will be permanent, through training employees.
