Eigenate Advisors
Eigenate Advisors (“Eigenate”) is an investment banking firm established in 2020 in Athens, Greece to provide strategic & financial advisory services to Technology companies in Greece, Cyprus, Turkey, Bulgaria and Romania. Eigenate is part of a larger M&A Advisory group established in 2012 in Dubai, UAE to support large Technology, Media and Telecommunication companies in the EMEA region. We specialise in sell-side M&A advisory/execution and growth strategy advisory. We exceptionally take on capital placement mandates. Our modus operandi is very “hands-on” to get a deep understanding of our client’s companies. We get involved early – as early as 2-3 years ahead of a desired outcome such as a full exit or a significant recapitalization. We do not seek fat retention fees but undertake proxy equity risk and work on a success-only transaction fees basis. This alignment with our client’s principals helps develop meaningful dialogue based on trust. We excel at helping founders/CEOs who are too deep in operations see the Big Picture, shape together a renewed vision, and narrow-in on the best strategy for their companies to grow.
