EIGER International was founded in paris in January 2015. Since, it has expanded and has now 15 consultants in 6 geographies. All of our consultants have previous experience in industry and/or in global consulting firms. This drives our strong advisory approach, team spirit as well as passion for client service & excellence. Likewise, all of our consultants and researchers have an International background and most have lived overseas. This drives our strong sense of international reach. Entirely owned by its partners, all executive search professionals fully engaged in the firm, EIGER International has a private culture. This drives our decisions, always with a long term perspective, which shall never be conflicted with external shareholders.
