Eight Consulting Ab

I have a broad and long experience within the manufacturing industry and worked as line manager on all levels and international project manager. In recent years I have worked as a consultant. A year as an employee of the consulting company Core Source AB. There I had varied assignments within Ericsson R&D activities. Now I run my own business and last mission, I work as a Project Manager to move production from Sweden to Poland and China. Past I have worked as program manager for New Product Introduction and how these principles shall be implemented onto different product lines. I have been a part in the development of the Product Introduction concept and have acted in a driver role for global implementation. I have broad management knowledge and know the industry culture very well. I am also very familiar with business tools and processes. I am ideally suited to manage a team and to share my experience and enthusiasm with others.
