EISER Infrastructure Partners LLP is an independent equity fund manager with a focus on achieving client satisfaction by pursuing intelligent infrastructure investments. EISER's debut fund, EISER Infrastructure Fund I, was set up in 2005 with EUR1.1 billion of capital commitments. The Fund is now fully invested with a diversified portfolio of 8 operating and development investments which have a combined enterprise value exceeding EUR3.5 billion. The Fund successfully divested its two Social Infrastructure assets (schools) in 2012 achieving an excellent result for all stakeholders.
