EJM Group, Consisting of EJM Construction Northwest Ltd. Shuksan Contracting Ltd Performs Commercial and Instuitional Construction around Metro Vancouver, British Columbia Canada. Having been established since the group of Companies has worked on Several High Profile Seniors and Residential Communities along with Civic projects throughout the lower mainland. The Company has worked with UBC, Kwantlen College, Metro Vancouver (GVRD), Surrey School Board, District of North Vancouver and BC Housing. The company has performed remedial, renovation work and new construction work for several seniors communities and non profit groups. From the inception of ELIM Village in Surrey BC, EJM performed the Civil and Architectual Construction for all building from to 2012. A total of 203 Independant Seniors Living Units, 120 Assisted Living Units, 112 Complex Care Units amongst a total of 6 multi story buildings and 20 duplexes. The Company have been involved in the Design and Renovation of NorthCrest CareFacility in North Delta, Beulah Gardens Retirement Community in Vancouver and is Currently Renovating and performing New Construction For Hawthorne Care. The Company has great ability to work with Not for Profit groups and assist in the Design Build of New Construction and Renovations.
