eJobDesign was designed to complement any ERP/HRIS system by enabling HR teams or consultants to design and maintain core people and work data required by downstream systems in an easy, reliable and risk-free manner. It facilitates the end-to-end design, governance, and maintenance process of job content from design to uploading into the master systems like SAP Success Factors, Oracle, Workday, TalentSoft, Cornerstone, CRS, etc. eJobDesign is a specialist Job Architecture platform that enables the design of Jobs/Roles, the linking of positions, related hierarchies, and the interfacing of this core data to other systems. Data integrated into the design platform includes job grids, outputs, competencies, reward data and more. Thus, it has also become a support solution for Organisation Redesign efforts. The platform is designed to be highly flexible, yet still enforce basic governance based on the designs and requirements of its users. The main user of the platform remains the Organisation Design/Role Design specialist, but the platform also facilitates collaboration between Line Managers, HR Business Partners, and different content Specialists.
