eJobTree is the world's first 'Virtual Recruitment Network' application created to make searching and applying for jobs Fun & Rewarding. It is based on a patent pending idea. It is very different from traditional jobsites where employers post jobs and candidates apply for jobs. In eJobTree candidates get the opportunity to earn Points - that can be redeemed for while searching and applying for jobs posted on eJobTree. The idea behind the name (eJobTree) is to plant your own tree and help it grow by inviting friends and colleagues to join eJobTree [as your children]. When you or any of your children are hired for a job that is posted on eJobTree, then you and the child who was hired, will earn points. Also your friends and colleagues directly between you and the friend or colleague who was hired, will earn points. These points can be redeemed at any time.
