EJT Ventures is a private investment firm based in Los Angeles, California that specializes in real estate and venture capital opportunities. Our real estate pursuits focus on value-add and opportunistic commercial projects in the Western United States. We are product agnostic active sponsors but we also entertain passive opportunities across the capital stack. Target deal sizes are in the $10M-$100M range. Our venture capital pursuits focus on early (and/or rapid growth) stage businesses with demonstrated product/service-market fit, scalable business models, and proven management teams. We are industry agnostic. Capital allocations are typically in the $100K -$5M range.
