Team Niwala is on a mission to help feed Needy people by Dec, 2025 and 1 Million Needy people across the globe till Dec, 2030 We need you - not as a donor of money, but as a volunteer. Read on. “Ek Niwala” (One Bite Food) is a voluntary mass food donation program from a group of like-minded Volunteers, who have come together by fate & thoughts! The initiative started as a brainchild of an individual, who has been offering support to the needy, mostly in the form of food since more than one decade. The pandemic gave another reason to support others, leading to multiple food donation programs being organised at various places. With the onset of the world coming close on digital formats, it was felt that the food donation initiative can move to the next level. Several rounds of discussions & deliberations with many other like-minded people were held, resulting into some good Samaritans coming forward to support the cause.…and Ek Niwala was born! The vibrant Ek Niwala team is made up of volunteers from different walks of life. They are working professionals, entrepreneurs, housewives, students etc and have hectic schedules individually, but manage to take time out for the noble cause of food donation to the needy. The team members are located in different parts of India and abroad – and are connected with each other through similar thoughts.
