Ekadaksha Trust

The Ekadaksha Trust was formed to uplift and develop people/ children with special needs and with a vision to enable them to become independent and responsible adults as well be respected in the society for what they are To enable this process, the Trust is developing facilities like counselling, assessment, education (early assessment to vocational) and remedials for children with special needs and conducting awareness programmes for parents, teachers, schools, and the society. Apart from the above, the Trust supports children from lower economic groups to benefit from special education at a subsidised cost. The Trust also has under its wing the Ekadaksha Learning Centerwhich provides the best education and services to children with special needs up to the age of 18 years. The Learning Center strives to provide the best resources to enable children, parents and the staff to explore, express, experience and be empowered. The best of materials are given for teachers to conduct activities. It also conducts events, celebrations, workshops and outings for the children as well as parents to give them the best exposure to learning new things and facing new situations. Apart from that, we strive to work with various professionals in the field too. Our beliefs and goals are a driving force to make this world an accepting and comfortable place for people with special needs.
