Hi all! We are company that focuses on providing administrative services. We started off offering property management services for owner investors located in South Florida area and have been doing it since 2010. We will be able to help you with: • Managing residential properties, dealing with tenant and owner requests, monthly & annual reporting, rental analysis. We can also assist Realtors with residential real estate investment analysis presentations to prospective investor clients. Currently we provide these services via a trained bilingual team under senior supervision that is based in Buenos Aires (Argentina) and Miami (USA). In addition, we started offering fund accounting services to funds or family offices that may need this type of service. One of our founding members has vast experience with fund accounting having work in an independent fund administrator (Kaufman Rossin Fund Services), fund of funds (Crystal Capital Partners), and a private equity firm (Grupo Pegasus) for over ten years. We will be able to help you with: • Cash reconciliation, NAV preparation, investor reporting, yearly audit liaison with fund auditors, and general knowledge in preparing tax schedules based on CPA´s request.
