EKON 91 LTD was established in 1991 • 1996 started the country’s first private installation for synthesis of alkyd resins; • 1998 started the production of alkyd and emulsion paints, giving priority to export; • 2002 started the production of latex foam cores for mattresses and pillows; • 2004 created the brand PASTELO; • 2013 created the brand FORTUNA - high quality effect coatings, paints, plasters; In the coming years EKON became the second biggest exporter of paints and alkyd resins from Bulgaria. One of the biggest exporters of mattresses and pillows.
