Ekton Project Analytics is a Project Management Contractor (PMC) delivering rigorous planning & controls with Advanced Work Packaging (AWP), Earned Schedule (ES), and Earned Duration Management (EDM). We build owner-side PMO/VDO, run Last Planner and flow-based delivery, and quantify uncertainty to protect outcomes. We also act as the Owner’s OICAL. Our AWP/WFP method defines the Path of Construction, structuring CWP→EWP→IWP. We drive constraint-free IWP readiness & readiness by system/subsystem so construction and commissioning stay synchronized. Rules of credit, constraint logs, and release gates create crewable workfronts for commissioning. Not paper packages—crewable work. Our Controls Intelligence goes beyond basic EVM. Beyond spend curves to time truth: we compute ES, SPI(t), TEAC and apply EDM indices—EDI, DPI, SAI—to diagnose duration realism and plan quality. Forecasts are risk-adjusted via Monte Carlo for P50/P80 dates and cost, tied to PoC, constraints, and productivity. Readiness is tracked as constraint burn-down and IWP cycle time—less variance, more predictability. Underpinning this is a Business Intelligence & Automation layer. Not just dashboards—decisions. We engineer a governed semantic model and automated ETL/APIs from P6, ERP, field apps, EDMS; embed data-quality rules and master data; and run event-driven refresh, anomaly detection, and alerts for slippage, drift, and constraint breaches. Metrics trigger workflows, approvals, and escalations—deviations managed, not reported. Information is controlled on our Ekton-engineered M365 EDMS—SharePoint Online + Teams configured as records-grade with taxonomy, metadata, access control, Purview retention. Built on Microsoft 365—not out-of-the-box; engineered and governed. Records-grade EDMS, not folders. Documents, registers, and AWP packages are auditable and turnover-ready from day one.
