El Centro is a nonprofit whose mission is to empower the Latinx community by providing culturally competent financial literacy and entrepreneurial training in Spanish. Our vision is to have a community that encourages all Latinx individuals and entrepreneurs to pursue financial stability through the creation of business, financial wellness, and racial equality for their families and community overcoming their language and educational barriers. We are servant leaders who act with integrity and efficiency. We operate under the strictest confidentiality with our clients and the community. We are solutions-oriented and believe in teamwork, lifelong professional development, and having fun.
