Elastic Mint is a UK-based software consultancy helping small and growing businesses make sensible decisions about bespoke software. We work with owners and leaders who have outgrown off-the-shelf tools and want to move carefully, with cost and risk kept under control. From proofs of concept to legacy modernisation, we design and build software that fits how your business actually works. Elastic Mint was founded in 2018 by senior software developers who had grown frustrated with seeing the same problems repeated across projects- Software that was hard to change and costly to maintain - Poor communication between businesses and developers - Over-engineered systems that were fragile and unreliable We believed there was a better way. Small, focused teams of experienced developers, working closely with the business, often deliver more reliable results than large, bloated teams. Since then, we’ve partnered with organisations including Preqin, Microsoft Research, and PEI Group. Our longest client relationship lasted over five years, supporting the safe evolution of a complex platform without disrupting users.
