A group of honest San Antonio professionals who are the best in their respective field, dedicated to serving our elders and their families when the time comes to transition out of their home & into a facility or with family. We found that many seniors were burdened with San Antonio homes they could not sell and were forced to leave money on the table for lack of expertise, time, & resources. We realized that at transition time, our clients needed a myriad of honest professions to fulfill their needs beyond our expertise. In response to this need, we formed Elder Resource Group. Our years of San Antonio residential real estate investment experience has taught us how to renovate homes smartly for the most profit. We bring that expertise to our senior community in order to get them most money for their home, with the least amount of hassle. We work closely with our elderly home owners, family member, attorney, cpa or care giver to assess the need and then coordinate the services that will best suit their particular situation.
