Betonielementtejä valmistava elementtitehdas on toiminut Pomarkussa Vesterinkujalla vuodesta 1974, joten meillä on pitkät perinteet elementtien valmistamisesta. Tehtaan pitkä historia pitää sisällään monia vaiheita, mutta tehdas on ollut pääosan toiminta-ajastaan saman perheen omistuksessa. Osaamisella onkin pitkät perinteet ja osaamisen takaa työhön sitoutunut ja motivoitunut henkilöstö. Pääosa työntekijöistä on ollut tehtaan palveluksessa kymmeniä vuosia ja nykyinen yrityksen toimintaan sitoutunut johto kunnioittaa betonialan pitkän työhistorian omaavia työntekijöitään.
