The Electrical Safety Roundtable is made up of three separate groups: Electrical Safety in the Home - Was founded in June 2012 by UKAS accredited Government authorised Certification Body NAPIT, in response to widespread concern over poor promotion of competent registered electricians and enforcement of Approved Document P of the Building Regulations. Read more here: The Electrical Safety Roundtable in the Workplace - Launched in November 2018 and is dedicated to providing industry support and policy solutions to improve Electrical Safety in places of Work. Read more here: The Electrical Safety Roundtable’s Social Housing Sub-Group - Brings together representatives from Social Housing Providers across the country to develop standardised electrical safety guidance for the sector. The Sub-Group was established due to concerns that the lack of consistent advice for the sector meant that housing standards could vary across the country. Read more here:
