Equipment Protection Solutions (“EPS”) and The Remi Group (“TRG”) are pleased to offer a comprehensive approach to Equipment Maintenance Management that provides immediate and measurable cost savings, financial security, long-term stability, state-of-the-art systems and managed equipment services. Based on our considerable experience providing maintenance management services in various industries, we deliver substantial cost savings. We achieve these cost savings by consolidating equipment maintenance under a single maintenance management program utilizing an insurance contract to transfer risk and provide a financing mechanism for the entire equipment asset base. This approach eliminates the need to finance maintenance through the purchase of potentially hundreds of maintenance agreements. The cost savings are measurable and realized immediately upon expiration or termination of the existing maintenance agreements. This also eliminates the burden of administering multiple contracts. Equipment maintenance will continue to be provided by existing service providers of choice who will provide corrective and preventative maintenance service(s) as needed when requested. The maintenance service provider will bill for maintenance service completed on equipment on a time and materials basis providing visibility and accountability for each maintenance event to EPS. EPS/TRG’s Equipment Maintenance Management Program (EMMP) will cover maintenance costs on the equipment scheduled for coverage per the terms of coverage agreed upon. This model creates data visibility and allows for the capture of asset maintenance detail on each and every maintenance event. This data will serve as the basis for developing performance metrics for the equipment asset base and will support a data driven life cycle management process.
