Element Games

Element Games was founded in 2014 by Courtney Liessen, a veteran of the game industry. Courtney was lead designer on the AIAS 2013 Mobile Game of the Year Hero Academy, and has held key roles on multiple projects, including Echo Prime, the Orcs Must Die series, the Age of Empires series, Halo Wars, and Lucky’s Tale. Element Games continues that momentum by creating games with an emphasis on moment-to-moment fun, polished aesthetics, and long-term depth and replayability. In 2015, Element Games released Evil Robot Traffic Jam, a stylized tower defense game built from the ground up for VR. This was followed in 2020 with the release of Sky Cannoneer, a modernized reimagining of an arcade classic.
