Never Too Big For Our Britches. Possibly, we should apologize for blowing our horn so discreetly. We began as the principal agency of a major Canadian transportation company while doing neat arts, music and non-profit things on the side. Comprehensive advertising campaigns to suit any media, corporate identities, websites and television - we've done it all for clients of all sizes. We've grown since then but we haven't grown too big for our britches. We remain small, because we know from experience that a small agency does big things better. There's an inverse relationship there that governs how we work. Keeping things small, keeping things simple. We think direct, constant and clear communication between us and you is the most important element of your success. Which is an indicator of our own success. We named our agency Element to remind ourselves of the importance of keeping things nice and simple. When you deal with Element, you deal with us. You don't wait in our lobby. You don't get screened by our receptionist. We have neither a lobby nor a receptionist. That's how we started and that's how we insist on remaining. We've grown quickly and we've grown big. Only because we were determined to stay small. See, we're so small we're not even a boutique. We aren't even allowed in most boutiques. Yet we outperform big agencies. Think size matters? Of course it does. We've grown big not in spite of our size but because of our size. Which is small. Get it? Here's another reason marketing VP's, big financial firms, energy and information sector bigshots, restaurants and writers and rock bands, newsmakers, dreamers and schemers choose to continue working with us: We're good. By that we mean that we get you results. Getting results means we're always growing. But never too big for our britches. We'd have to change our name if we did.
