Established in September 2005, we have been focused on assembling a dynamic team that represents extensive modern design experience, certified project management, proven building expertise and leadership. Our approach is holistic, solution-based, and truly organic through the design and execution phases of our projects. Design is an iterative process that lives throughout our entire project life-cycle. This is one of the key components that separates us from the rest, and it is also ultimately, what elevates the final product that we deliver. All of us at element have an inherent passion that we share with our extended team for classic modern architecture and design. We have refined and perfected various modern-specific build techniques and materials and have secured strategic partners in the areas of architecture, engineering, interior design, fabrication, sourcing, and installation. In unison, they can be viewed as a form of intellectual property, that element manages and conducts.
