Elemental Inks & Chemicals Ltd. is an ISO 9001:2015 certified speciality chemical manufacturer based in South Wales. EIC specialise in formulation and manufacture of conductive printing ink and paste for supply into the printed electronics industry. Inks have been developed for a broad range of applications including membrane touch switch, flexible circuitry, printed heaters, biomedical sensors and PTC components. Formulations are designed to print on a range of substrates including polyester, polyimide, ceramic and FR4. Conductive inks cover a full range from carbon and aluminium to precious metals such as silver, silver/silver chloride, gold and platinum. Carbon and silver coatings are available in both thermoplastic and thermosetting versions to suit application. A range of our products and their performance characteristics can be viewed on the website but this is not a limited list as EIC work closely with companies to formulate bespoke products to user specification and performance. EIC also offer a contract screen printing service based on a standard range of designs or customer supplied design up to a maximum substrate size of 400 x 300mm.
