We love projects. And we love to develop those who work on them. Project managers have a remarkable role to play in project - and organisational - success. They need a solid understanding of standard project management terms, processes and techniques. They also need the ability to apply this knowledge in their workplace using a range of appropriate skills, tools and templates. Team members also need this knowledge and skill-set, as they support the PM to achieve project success, whether it be through their contribution to project plans and documents, or by managing a sub-project, stream or work package.
