Emotions are at the root of every decision, thought and choice we make. Learning how we uniquely express and engage emotions is an invaluable tool to understand how and why we do what we do. Increased emotional awareness empowers us to build resiliency, courage, confidence, empathy and a new found level of compassion. ElementQ teaches individuals of all ages how to tap into their emotional intelligence to navigate life’s decisions and interactions. We also offer resources and training for wellness practitioners and educators, so they can take part in emotional education and awareness. We are in this field because we are inspired to support people in getting to know their emotions and themselves more intimately. We do this by sharing stories, experiences and information to help people enhance their emotional awareness and start engaging their emotions in all aspects of their lives. Whether you are having a one-on-one session, attending a community event or participating in an ElementQ workshop, we ensure courage, compassion and comfort are at the core of all our offerings. Becoming more intune with your emotional intelligence is a process. We are here for you every step of the way, to help facilitate conversation and growth. We leverage our own personal vulnerability to support and inspire others to learn to do the same.
