It allows me to give something back to the community and I am proud of the impact this has to help many people’s lives. As an experienced osteopath and coach I have demonstrated a history of working in private practice & the health care industry over the past 10 years. I am skilled in diagnostics, osteopathic treatment, lifestyle advice, injury prevention through proper coaching and guidance. In practice I take a holistic approach to the care of my patients health and well being, with a tailored approach for each person. My Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Science - Master's Degree in Osteopathic Medicine - Certificates & IV in Fitness & Personal Training - Certified Intro & Advanced Dry Needling practitioner Osteopathic treatment aims to help remove physical stresses and restrictions from the body and to help restore mobility and movement while restoring proper blood supply and nerve flow. In this it helps the body’s own inherent healing mechanisms express themselves. Given the right opportunity, the body can re-establish balance and health.
