Introducing Elements: a creative social & emotional mental health support service! At Elements, our purpose is to help children and young people effectively connect across the four elements of wellbeing: Physical, Environmental, Social & Mental. We provide bespoke support programmes for those struggling to regulate their emotions, offering 1-1 or group support within a safe, non-judgemental environment for a set period of time, like 24 weeks. 🤝 Not only that, we equip parents and teachers with valuable strategies to better communicate with children and young people. To create a comfortable atmosphere, we engage in ice breaker exercises, establishing rapport and understanding the child's perspective on their focus areas. Our core beliefs: Empathy, Creativity, Balance, Patience, Optimism, and Vision. 🧠 Meet Steven Russell, founder of Elements SEMH Support CIC. Having lived with 9 foster families, been in two children's homes, and attended 5 schools, he turned his "Pain to Purpose" by creating Elements. Steven's personal journey in the care system enables him to effectively communicate with children in similar situations. By combining his professional and personal experiences, he has inspired hundreds of children to be optimistic about their lives, regardless of their circumstances.
