Elemisha Volleyball
Founded in 2009, Elemisha Volleyball (formerly Volleykids) is an all-volunteer instructional program based in the Pleasanton/Dublin area designed to help youth volleyball players advance their game while still enjoying “playing” the sport. Elemisha Volleyball offers a supervised and coached outdoor volleyball environment where players receive instruction, guidance, coaching, and supervision, but also get TONS of play time, and are encouraged to push themselves outside of their normal comfort zone to accelerate their growth and self-esteem. Emphasis is placed on extracting the most from players while providing an environment where they will never get “benched.” We believe this allows them to find their authentic competitive identity. Our mission is simple – give the players a place to accelerate their skills rapidly, VERY competitively, and organically without the constant additional pressure associated with worrying about "keeping their starting spot." Elemisha Volleyball is designed to foment strong play skills, good sportsmanship, and a high level of competition comfort.
