After a decade working in business intelligence and analytics consulting, I saw firsthand how misaligned hiring slows down great ideas. I built Elevano to change that. We recruit the way I wish I had been recruited — focused on impact, alignment, and long-term success. Today, Elevano partners with startups and enterprise tech companies through recruiting, executive search, and contracting, all centered on one philosophy: People. Impact. Technology. We also extend our mission through The Tech Trek podcast, where I interview founders and engineering leaders about scaling teams, building products, and leading through change.
