Genti Xhaferraj is an expert in B2B sales, especially in FMCG, having worked for the past 20 years in Procter & Gamble, Henkel and Heineken, in various regional sales roles. Between the two, they share an immense experience acquired on the job but also in certified trainings in areas like B2B Sales (basic and advanced), Customer Service, Effective Communication, Negotiation, RTM & G2M Strategy, Customer Centricity, Execution, Measure & Reward, Category Management, People Management, P&L and Revenue Management.
