Satya Holistic Living (SHL) founder Lena Kermode is a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and Ayurvedic practitioner, yoga teacher, Reiki master & holistic bodyworker and massage therapist. Her professional career path is inspired by her own healing journey of not only recovering from but empowering myself through from severe childhood trauma which resulted in several health issues such as mental health imbalances like depression, anxiety, insomnia; disordered eating, digestive imbalances, chronic stress, migraines and post traumatic stress disorder, to name a few. With integrative natural healing practices and Yoga & Ayurveda quickly having become the foundation of my day to day life it has affirmed Lena's firm belief of the interconnection of body mind and spirit and the need for synergistic balance of all aspects of our life for a person's optimal health and happiness. Her mission is to build the bridge between Easter ancient wisdom like Ayurvedic medicine and modern western science and nutrition to create lifestyle practices that are attainable for modern 21st century day to day living and which promote life at our highest potential. Drawing from her expertise in different fields of holistic wellbeing, including integrative nutrition, Ayurveda, yoga, hermeticsm and shamanic healing, Reiki, holistic bodywork and massage therapies, lifestyle and dietary medicine etc. and also having done extensive applied study in self development, character building, positive psychology and shadow work, conscious connection to self and environment, conscious business, relation and integrity, her work is an integrative approach for holistic self-healing and empowerment, assisting people on their journey to becoming their most free, confident, successful, happy and healthy self.
