Elevate Search was founded by Megan Marsh with a mission to connect medical device and diagnostic companies with the right personnel in an honest, professional, and efficient manner. Megan is an East Coast native and earned her BA degree in Psychology from the University of Virginia. She moved out to San Diego, CA in 2006 and has been recruiting in the medical device and diagnostic space since that time. She has spent the last 14 years partnering with both small VC funded startups as well as large corporations to find the right candidates for their teams. She sets herself apart by facilitating honest, upfront, open lines of communication with both clients and candidates. She also strives to get a good sense of "fit" from each client to ensure that every candidate is both a strong technical fit as well as strong personal fit within the organization. Lastly, she's deeply embedded in the space and understands the roles she works. At her previous firm she was awarded Rookie of the Year in 2007, Recruiter of the Year in 2019, and Recruiter of the Year in 2020. She has placed over 250 candidates in the last 10 years.
