The vision of Elevate the Game™ is to assure that ALL Athletes have positive coaching experiences. I am committed to positively impacting the Athlete-Coach-Team relationship. Elevate the Game™ (ETG) was founded based on my personal experiences and observations of Athlete-Coach interactions. Athletes need our very best-self to show up and lead them. They deserve to be a part of a team culture that incorporates inclusive and equitable coaching behaviors. At ETG™, I provide coaching and resources for Coaches to better respond to their Athletes. In today's climate, more intention towards Equitable and Inclusive Coaching is paramount. At Elevate The Game™ I work with Coaches to elevate their coaching. Not all of what made us successful up until now will be the same practices that will make us successful in the future. The world has changed, our Athletes are faced with different challenges, and as Coaches, we are experiencing unprecedented events as well. Therefore, we must be proactive. We need transform our coaching practices in order to be the Leader our Athletes need and deserve. Every Coach benefits from having a Coach.
