At Elevate to Even Plus, we are driven by a single goal: creating opportunities for underrepresented young adults to break the cycle of social and economic inequality. At the same time, we make it easier for organizations to access an under-utilized pool of promising talent. We do this by identifying and creating opportunities with hosting partners to support valuable, paid internship experiences that make a meaningful, measurable difference for participating students, getting them to even — and beyond.
