Hi and Welcome to Elevate Counseling! We help children, teens, and adults shift their thinking and find more enjoyment in life. If you or a family member is feeling anxious, stressed and without the tools to manage day-to-day stressors, we can help. Specialties include anxiety, trauma, disordered eating, the gifted and high achieving population, performance enhancement, entrepreneurial anxiety, ADHD, parenting support and relationship problems. Evidence-based interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), TR-CBT, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and IMAGO therapy. Open weekdays and Saturdays. Video and in-home sessions available when appropriate.
