Elevated Care is a licensed disability service provider in Utah, dedicated to offering innovative, person-centered solutions for adults with disabilities. Our Day Services feature unique access to a community-based equestrian facility, where individuals benefit from the therapeutic effects of working with horses- proven to support mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Alongside equine therapy, we offer a variety of community-based activities designed to foster social skills, encourage exploration of hobbies, and provide creative outlets for self-expression.
