Elevated Life Counseling

ELEVATED life counseling is a therapy and counseling practice located in downtown Chicago. We aim to help individuals and couples through therapy who want to see growth and development in their life and relationships. With over a decade of experience working in mental health I opened ELC in 2018 to help people ELEVATE their fulfillment in life. Over the course of my career, I noticed that the bulk of people value fulfilling relationships the most in life either with romantic partners, family members, friends, or with themselves. At ELC we can help you work through worry and anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, low libido or sex drive, or past trauma that may impact the relationships you care about the most. At ELC we work collaboratively with our clients to get a clear picture of what change looks like and the things that get in the way of those changes. We use evidence-based treatment approaches to support our clients throughout the therapy process. We understand the importance of viewing our clients through an intersectional lens, honoring each aspect of identity.
