B&I Consulting has the incredible privilege of working with socially aware leaders who are seeking support in aligning their values with their impact. We get to do this in three different ways: serving as a speaker or facilitator, as a consultant and or as an executive leadership coach. As a speaker or facilitator, we. are able in these roles to provide education on the social issues your org is tackling plus intersectional issues, in order to make sure that the community and constituents needs are met and there isn't any mission drift. As a consultant we work behind the scenes supporting the creation of new systems, revamping systems, data analysis and writing reports. As we know in order for an organization to function well, systems need to exist. But we also know that system changes affect staff, hence support is available to organizations with the change management side to ensure that staff are heard and included in that journey of change. As an executive leadership coach, we provide support 1:1 to folks in their leadership development and navigation of their career choices, in order to help them make aligned decisions. Or hired by an organization to support staff leaders individually in order to make sure that they're able to meet the organizational goals that they're responsible for and supporting them in leading and developing their teams and programs.
