Elevé Training Studios was created as a studio that provides workouts that elevate both the mind and body. All of the classes are designed to allow their members to reach this elevated state, through providing a positive and supportive environment where all fitness and spiritual goals can be reached. Elevé is committed to providing all of their members with an affordable opportunity to live a healthy, fit and well-balanced life. At Elevé you are guaranteed a comfortable, hassle-free workout and personalized attention from the instructors. All classes have reasonable size limits and are only 60 minutes long.
