Elewa, established in 2015 with offices in Kenya and Belgium, is a social enterprise focussed on the development of top talent and innovative products. Elewa’ activities span across education & training, software & cloud development and venture building- Elewa Education: Deployment of our model for cost-effective and highly-scalable continuous professional development for any large-scale training audience within companies and organisations across education (teacher training,…), healthcare (nurses, chronic disease mgmt,…) and agriculture & environment (waste & plastic waste management,…)- Elewa Tech: Our well-known IT agency responsible for the development of cutting edge startup and SME platforms across EU, UK and SA. We apply a design-build-grow methodology through:(1) Solution Design/Technical Architecture designs, visualising MVP/product ideas in a clear way that creates a communication framework between business and tech with a clear implementation plan and budget; followed by a (2) Fixed-Scope Implementation of the design against the design and; further supported through (3) Long-Term Support and development partnerships from a simple helpdesk to fully managed tech services of tens of developers. On the back-side, Elewa Tech offers junior developers an opportunity into the tech market through managed apprenticeships- Elewa Ventures & The Creative Hub: Each of our activities (in)directly give back by generating opportunities for the development of local (Kenya) talent and opportunities. Reinvesting the majority of profits into community.
