Elia Development's beginnings go back to 1988 when it partnered with several prominent investors in the development of the Las Salinas resort in Anfeh, Lebanon, across its five development phases. The fifth and final phase of Las Salinas is planned for handover during June 2014. Las Salinas is a major real estate development spanning over more than square meters of land and square meters of built up area. Inventive and forward-thinking, our heritage shows a recurring theme of going our own way, doing things differently – and achieving notable results. Elia Development's second project was a residential project, Lynn’s Garden, which was launched in 2008 and handed over in 2010. All units were sold during the first year of launch.
