Elite by the Beach, a division of Elite Real Estate Solutions, LLC opened on March 1, 2017 in Foley, AL. This office was strategically placed in Baldwin County to allow our agents the opportunity to better service our clients in the Foley, Elberta, Lillian, Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, and surrounding communities. Our main office, Elite Real Estate Solutions, is located in Daphne and specializes in the Eastern Shore market of Daphne, Spanish Fort and Fairhope. They also provide their services to buyers and sellers in the greater Baldwin area of Loxley, Robertsdale, Foley, Summerdale, and Silverhill, as well as Mobile County. Elite Real Estate has seen exponential growth over the past several years. In 2016 Elite Real Estate closed 161 homes. This was a 160% increase from the prior year and exceeded company goals. So far in 2017, Elite has sold over 200 homes, exceeding it’s annual goals by the beginning of third quarter. Customer satisfaction has been on the forefront of our company goals. Customer Satisfaction comes from many different avenues but one of the most important contributors is having an office filled with agents that work together as a team to help innovate the way properties are being bought and sold in today’s market. This contribution was used for research and to help women in need of assistance during their fight with breast cancer. In addition to this amazing gift, Elite Real Estate also sponsors Toys for Tots, supports the Child Advocacy Center (Care House), participates in the annual Daphne Christmas parade and volunteers at local charities such as the Prodisee Pantry.
