Elite Engineering Services was established on November 24th, 2008, we have positioned ourselves to meet – and exceed – your expectations. Unlike other consulting engineering firms, Elite Engineering Services is focused entirely on construction management. We will emphasize our entire staff to the needs of our clients in a cost efficient approach. We understand the importance of budgets and the American tax dollar and have strong belief that quality construction management (observation and testing) can be performed at a lower cost than other larger, overhead heavy firms.
