Elite Pro Arts

At Elite Pro Arts, we recognize that a strong education in music, theatre, and dance plays a pivotal role in setting up students for success in life. Participating in any type of formal arts education is linked to enhanced social skills, a higher level of intelligence, more self-discipline, and even improved reading comprehension. Additionally, studies have long linked participation in vocal and instrumental ensembles to improved math performance. Students with access to a strong arts education have greater emotional stability and self-confidence, and even better attendance than their peers. Yet, despite these now widely accepted findings, public schools commonly lack the budget, staff, and resources to provide an adequate arts education. Elite Pro Arts is a new organization dedicated to providing an educational framework to help bring back the arts to our public schools. We are a group of 10 + working and retired teachers who meet to advocate for the arts, and to develop and share curriculum and resources for parents and afterschool teachers in music, art, theatre, and dance.
