Elite recruitment is a boutique recruitment firm with a difference and an absolute focus to stay this way. Elite was formed with a specific goal in mind and that was to find outstanding opportunities for outstanding people. With this goal in mind we do not advertise multiple roles at any one time. At elite we prefer to focus on a small number of opportunities, and industry sectors at any one time. In the main the roles we tend to focus on are financial services, professional sales, technology, and marketing. At Elite we relish the opportunity to work on a global basis and are not phased if the opportunity is in a territory that we are unfamiliar with. Pairing the perfect candidate for their suited role is where we excel and we do not see boundaries in completing our task. At Elite we need to be excited about any position that we are going to fill. We are not the recruiter for all of a company’s needs, we prefer to work on the more prestigious and fast paced roles where we can find energetic and enthusiastic candidates.
