Our primary asset class is market rate, value-add multi family properties in emerging markets. Our investment portfolio is focused on the Tampa / St Petersburg Metropolitan area, with specific focus on properties in Pinellas county. Commercial Services: Elixir Residential Technologies works with residential community (condominium, apartment buildings, apartment communities) owner/operators with existing rental disparity to stabilize rents/appraisal values the at market rate through value-add technology based amenities.
