Elk Petroleum

Elk Petroleum focuses on the development and production of long-lived oil and gas reserves in the Greater Aneth Field. Elk Petroleum is comprised of Elk Petroleum Aneth, LLC, owner of the wells and infrastructure at GAF and the parent company of Resolute Aneth, LLC, holder of record title to the Oil and Gas Leases and Rights of Ways within GAF; and also parent to Elk Operating Services, LLC, operator of the three units that comprise GAF. Elk Petroleum Aneth is majority-owned and controlled by funds and accounts managed by AllianceBernstein.
