It all started when the family run Ranch with a passion for a little known alternative to Beef. Then together with a Franchise went nationwide with our Elkburger. The family clearly remembers the good ‘ole days: standing at local farmers markets sampling the infectious aroma of Elk burgers frying on the grill. Today, the six van Eeghen’s and staff are collaborating to bring the ElkBurger to you. Made of hearty ingredients with no fillers, the ElkBurger doesn't taste gamy and cooks like Beef, has only a few more calories than a breast of Chicken, and it doesn't scream for help from a multitude of condiments.
