What you and I do NOW as women and the choices we make, matter more than ever before. The world needs your light, our light. It needs all of us lit up – shining and inspiring others in these dark times to have the courage to shine their light too. The time has passed to remain passive. We need to actively work towards seeing the change we want to see in the world. And we need to do it together. Eight men control the majority of the world’s wealth and therefore weald the power. I believe that the power of just 8 women can change the world for the good, and I’d love you to help me prove this. I need your help, we need your help, the world needs your help. Will you join me? Ellev8 has evolved from Women At The Top and is deeply rooted in the blending of the feminine (yin) qualities of creativity, collaboration, kindness and community with the masculine (yang) qualities of structure, power, strength and stability – we have all of these within each of us. As a “Warrior Queen” I embody this. As successful women we have to merge the feminine and masculine energies or we become unbalanced – like a bird flying with one wing; caught in a co-dependent loop or hurtling into burnout. The meaning of the number 8 is harmony, peace and balance. It is a symbol that helps you make decisions that are beneficial in your life. The number 8 relates to every aspect in your life – it represents the search for a balance between your physical, mental and spiritual being. Understanding how to achieve this harmony is a key step along our journey. The number 8 on it’s side is also of course the infinity symbol. And we are on an infinite journey to achieving harmony within ourselves. The power of a group of eight has been extensively proven (ref Lynne McTaggart) to be a tipping point for change. Ellev8 is a movement which evolved from Women At The Top and we need women at all levels of perceived success to be involved. Will you join us?
